Zander Imaging specializes in permanent imagery of loved ones, living or deceased.
We got involved in this rather unusual occupation in 1995 after the death of our 9 year
old daughter. Driven by grief and the desire to memorialise her in a special way, we spent 2 years developing the technology for permanent full colour porcelain memorials. Based on our own experience we well understand the importance of these images.
Our aim was to meet individual needs and wishes, integrate cultural sensitivities and areas of personal significance. That means that each image is custom prepared.
We have now done many thousands over the years and have continuously added to our range and service to meet our customer’s demand.

Who are we?
Zander Imaging is owned and operated be Bettina & Bill Wallace. We are supported by a team of dedicated staff: Kirsten, Adele, Catherine and our daughter Saskia. Our design team has been trained in memorial images and are experts in design, restoration and enhancement whenever needed.

Where are we?
We are based in the Arts Centre in Christchurch, New Zealand. The Arts Centre is a whole inner city block of gothic style stone buildings that previously accommodated Canterbury University. The university out grew the site and for the last 20 years it has accommodated artists, craft people, musicians, theatres, galleries, alternative cinemas, cafes, bars etc. Thankfully our work is considered to be of sufficient artistic merit to be part of this great environment. If in Christchurch, you are welcome to view our display room above the
Dux De Lux in the Arts Centre.
